Believe the club had a recce out to Marseille on Wednesday, so they could have been speaking to Marseille about ticket allocations at that time. These things do take time, especially when Albion have not travelled or played in this stadium before.
Just doesnt seem any rhyme or reason when the Ticketing Team load tickets for fixtures. I'm sure they didnt load the upper tiers first last time for the League fixture at Stamford Bridge last season. We didnt have as many lower tier tickets though.

I would hope Air Charter have explored all those avenues in sourcing avaliable aircraft but those conversations should have started on Friday afernoon when the draw was made.
Planes are avaliable across Europe as the school summer holidays have nearly finished now. Seagulls Travel need to be clever, why not look at routing people to Montpellier or Nice, then coach fans to Marseille?
