OK I am getting on the plane tonight, hope for no snow until I am back on th eplane and off again on Sunday morning - then you guys that want it can have as much as you like!
Forecast looks better for LHR - if I went up there late Sat night (shame to miss out on Harveys, but so be it!) it looks like the flight may be OK. WHat do you think?
I am planning to fly in Sat am watch the match and fly out of LHR Sunday morning back to America. I have to get back for Monday. SO the big question, will the snow mean I can't get back? If so I have to stay here and miss the match which would be very sad indeed.
It is getting me down seeing all these comments about the snow in Washington. Yes there is over 2ft of snow and yes it has trapped my here since Friday night when I wanted to get home. Maybe a flight out today and back for Monday.
I just tried to get the car out for the first time since Tuesday - nightmare on the roads where I live in North East Hampshire. WOuld have been no fun getting from here to WIthdean if the game had been on (but I guess if the game had been on it would have been because the ice had melted!)
