[Albion] Cost of football really is a joke

We only managed an average of 41k our last session in the premier League and a much lower 28 last season so yes there was quite a drop off. That said I do post on here and I started the thread as Brighton is one of the listed teams and as a fan of football in general am concerned about the...

[Albion] Cost of football really is a joke

I cannot answer that however based on some of the previous comments it sounds like it was free especially a number of years ago.

[Albion] Cost of football really is a joke

This is exactly right, football has (and maybe for a long time now) gone too far when it comes to money

[Albion] Cost of football really is a joke

Exactly that - what would £6,650 (£350 x 19) really do given the broadcasting income when what it does is makes a divide between those that can financially afford it to those that cannot, and for very little positive result

[Albion] Cost of football really is a joke

Exactly this - as much as I hate to praise them I notice NUFC are on that list

[Albion] Cost of football really is a joke

But why should they charge the £125? I think that's my point. Clubs should be encouraging kids (and in reality parents) to attend which this to me is the issue. Also dont get me wrong for a kid I bet it is a marvellous experience. Out of interest if you were/are a STH would they reduce the...

[Albion] Cost of football really is a joke

I thought all clubs have that? Think you are also missing the point as with a shirt there is a least a cost to making it, as a mascot what is the cost (other than maybe a full kit - say £80 for kids?) That matchday ticket one is really bad of Bournemouth

Fans now having to pay to be a mascot? I am sure its been talked about on here before but £350 to be one at Brighton, with all this money sloshing around why charge? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-46526716

[TV] Netflix show - “Sunderland ‘til I Die”

3 episodes so far myself - plus side was seeing myself as an international TV star (celebrating a couple of goals) the negative is pretty much everything else. As much as I think he did a bad job for us and deep down most of us expected it during his run, he really was missold the job and that...

[TV] Netflix show - “Sunderland ‘til I Die”

I think it was more to do with the message about us missing one and losing so badly. I dont think people were expecting us to challenge just because we were a 'big boy' probably more due to the team on paper. As fans we were buoyant but given what had happened in the last few seasons there was...
