It's not about fitness. As a winger you're likely to be taking on a fullback and can use pace to exploit the space. As a number 10, you're potentially holding off 2 centre halfs and a defensive midfielder. You need to be more physical. Bigger and stronger. AK is an out and out winger. Simple as.
