When you watch the televised tv from both houses of parliament it seems to me that the fat cat barristers always argue for the EU human rights act to be kept.I wonder why that is?

As I understand,the flight voice recorder is the only black box so far recovered.The flight data is still missing.On the news it was stated that the co-pilot altered the planes altitude settings from 38000 feet down to 100 feet.
How can they tell that from from a voice recorder?

I have not been out today.However I was on top of Whernside (highest peak in Yorkshire ) on Monday and it was frosty and the picture is of Ingleborough (2nd highest ).
Across the top of Whernside are the Howgills near Sedburgh.Small amount of snow as of Monday.
