Is he a Farmer ?? Don`t think so. I`d call him, A rich Land owning TV Presenter. Good at his job ..sees the attraction of being seen as a good samaritan for farmers whilst stirring up locals and councillors etc which makes good telly watching.
Still Approx 2000 tickets available for tomorrow..... one in our group not going ... would have given to a mate so seat used, however can`t now. Not going to put on exchange and buy back, so seat empty.
Think more fans would be happy with £100 million loss.......Just beaten City and Arsenal and are comfortable for another European adventure next season
Cost of each ticket. 1/19th of £880 season ticket , so cost £46 + £60 to buy back £106, less £41 returned so £65. So club gains £38 for the two tickets we had already paid for !!!
However seems I`m in the minority for considering this to be a bit of a scam.
Indeed. put sons tickets on exchange. Then bought them back. They still had their names on tickets (print at home) including all the speel about non transferable. Assumed ok to take friends !! Were we doing something wrong ??
Sounds like I`m in the minority being upset at having to buy our tickets twice.
The 1901 comments were only to point out that transferring or letting someone else go on our tickets would not be illegal as has been quoted in the past.
Not 100% sure but friends would also have to be members...
We buy three adult season tickets , myself and two sons. We normally go together. Yesterday 8pm midweek neither son could go so I invited two friends .. Rang ticket office. No transfers allowed unless I pay for ticket share to member. However if you put them on exchange you can then buy them...
Will make many more tickets available on exchange and will def deter people from renewing season tickets in future.
Prob not the best decision club has made. Turning a blind eye(as they have done for last few seasons) would fill more seats.
When first at Amex I had three tickets in West Lower...
