I have however managed at least three gym session of 45 mins per week with an outside run of between 6-10 miles since November so hopefully won't be to horrendous. Shame I'm not going to beat last years time of 4:12 but there's always next year.

Just about over last sundays defeat so thought i'd show my face again. Less than three weeks now to stop me doing it in a palace shirt.

As someone who is running his 4th marathon this year for REMF I can sort of understand his pain but to do 20 marathons in a week is unreal, so even as a palace fan i have added to the total.

I left the away end and when the board for injury time went up and was shocked how many Brighton fans were in the queue for the park and ride already. If we had won 3-0 i would of been happy to of queued all night for the p&r's.

people like you make me so proud of all the many thousands I have helped raise for REMF. But if it effects you that much then I am happy to pull out of REMF things from this end.
