Decent performance all round. Peupion, Mullins, Penman, Simmons, Howell all look to have good careers ahead of them. You can see why Howell and Simmons are England internationals and why Peupion is still around - even before the goals he was very good.

Been doing Couch to 5k as per earlier un this thread. Completed the final run (w9r3) this morning. Finished up running beyond 30 mins just to hit 5k (37mins) I'm genuinely staggered that I can now run 5k. Well worth giving it a go. The first 5 mins is the worst.

In my view, the problems are due to incredibly poor management of risk. Mission critical systems should always have a level of update lag built in to prevent against security false positives and bad updates.

I said it before a fair while back. The ONLY way back for the Conservatives I can see is in 8 years time. In order to find a way back to power, they need to be centrist and pro-common market. Do not underestimate what they will do to regain power.
