Why are they armed? Is it really necessary in the UK?
If carrying a weapon has issues around safety (that they can be grabbed etc) when carrying out general policing, then why are they carrying them?
After is extracting every last drop out of Chelsea for Caicedo, I find it odd we seem to be letting Gross and Gilmour go for relatively small amounts of money.
I suppose it depends on how much De Zerbi listened to him though. I mean, were the reasons that we stuck with Gross and Dunk on free kicks because Stanley wanted that, or because De Zerbi wanted the other players in other positions and he said “They have to take the free kicks/corners” etc...
When people talk about babies and drop the possessive pronoun so Instead of talking about a mother and her baby its mother and baby, or “This is just right for baby”. I hate is so much, it makes me physically wince (even just writing that!).
The delivery might be but I liked the bit about being positive and being a good team mate.
Sometimes you see players on the pitch moaning at each other and having a go after making a mistake, which I always thought was a bit stupid and would make it worse, especially if it’s one of the younger...
I think it would be a worry if both Gross and Gilmour leave. We’d be incredibly light on PL-level experience (or in Milner’s case PL-level legs) and we don’t know how well the new guys will adapt to the league and to FH’s style.
Letting the two starting midfielders from last season both leave...

Have the players from the Euro’s even been back in training yet?
Anyway, I think it would be a shame if he left and the £12m...
Actually what’s worse is that surely it’s his job to know about the background of the people you are buying and want to play?
Obviously some things you can’t know, like Paqueta at West Ham and his gambling, but equally, how much is not knowing about his background and habits going to cost them?
The problem for De Zerbi is we all do know it. His private life went up on Instagram, audio and all. This isn’t something that gets explained away.
I wonder if he honestly wanted him here? Weren’t there rumours? I don’t believe for a second Bloom or Barbar would buy him.
I think for me it’s that I would have fully understood why Ipswich fans would have hated us and I would have too if it were the other way around, yet I don’t think we would have done anything wrong.
We went for McKenna (and now Hurzeler) early on in the summer window, which is the generally...
