Russia cant export much oil and gas without a pipeline, only so much you can do with ships, which has been greatly restricted as Western shipping companies not touching them. pipelines to China are a big deal for their future. they are also burning through reserves at a ferocious rate, propping up the economy while so much trade is restricted. Gazprom is just one slice of their problems brewing.

How about Lukaschenko offering Ukraine his congratulations on independence day? While, at the same time, assembling (or allowing Russia to assemble) over 1000 PMC Wagner troops on the Belarus/Ukraine border?

Seems utterly ridiculous that Ukraine aren't allowed to target these sites but instead have to rely on using missiles to shot them down. Missiles we don't give them enough of plus the damage from debris when they do shot down.
