Terrible backward step imho…. It might load and respond on a top line computer but on this tablet , it is hopeless ..
Memo to PB “ Change it back ASAP “
Change it back - yes please!

As the old one probably still exists in back-up somewhere, perhaps both should be made available - then, after a few weeks the club could see which one had the most footfall, and dump the duff one.

Think my biggest peeve about it, is now not being able to check my points easily on the mobile app. It was bad enough before with the stupid accesbility widget that couldn't be permanently moved, having to move it each time. Now I can't even access that because there's a stupid cookie/privacy permission thing blocking it. As said by several people, looks nice, but completely user unfriendly.

Terrible. Pages take ages to load sometimes, audio out of synch. The way it plays videos is weird.. Not a fan.. Surely they did some user experience testing beforehand, although it's hard to believe

Not sure why but Everton have an almost identical site. (I was looking for the attendance )
Just looked at Leicester´s and it is also the same.

But agreed it is poor and very slow.

Agree with all on this. A masterclass in how not to do it. A classic case of over design and totally forgetting the 'less is more' principle.

So many people sitting on the fence with their comments here, I can’t get the sense of whether people just hate the new site or really hate the new site.

Perhaps deliberately bad to push more people towards the app rather than having a usable website.
If that was the case then they are failing as the app has similar issues - trying to read articles on there is hard as they are misaligned.

This was a great opportunity to involve FAB to test the new site, get feedback, make changes and then when quirks / issues /concerns have been resolved / fixed release it to the great unwashed.

It still is a great opportunity to test this early version of the new site, which like any site is not cast in stone. The club will get far more valuable feedback from NSC than they ever would from FAB. All they have to do is monitor this thread, resolve any flagged-up issues and address any valid concerns. Simples. Five minute job

Approached by some flash tech company. Paid them a fortune to come up with this
