Quality of catering / stock and staff should be fed back to the club in an official capacity as they aren’t going to experience it first hand in the Directors box
New staff or not (uni change over) there should be some simple SOPs in place to run a production line and have pints and pies ready in all instances.
They need to do something about speeding up the hot drinks as typically it’s always a shambolic transaction with the customer equally at fault (f*** off out the way after you’ve bought your drink)
Should be aiming for less than 30 seconds per customer

Sorry, I should know this but can someone confirm you get a discount if paying with and Amex card. Will any Amex card do? What is the discount and is it automatically applied or do you have to ask for it. Thanks.

Said in the pre-match email it was 10% discount for Amex card holders. Pretty sure it didn't specify any specific Amex card(s)
It's going and far quicker than joining a regular queue. I'd expect another kiosk to be turned over to this format. Hopefully no software failures though as that happened at least twice last season causing it to close.Nor to suggest it's still going. Not seen a single moan
I heard someone mention the sausage and chips was £11.
Chips are £4.50, so they want £6.50 for a sausage!
Why would they change their product or prices when people are lining up to buy this muck until it sells out.

Premier league. They want our money and they don’t care if your burger looks like a kid has brought it home on their shoe they couldn’t give a tinkers. And they have no reason to while people are fighting to get one.
People mock me but it’s why I preferred Withdean for a more honest match day experience.
I loathe the PL and all this corporate, rip off, day out.

As for me l always stick to the marvellous Piglets pies, jesterday it was the Vegan offering, Bombay Potato. Loved it.

Um, I'm admittedly no expert in these matters, but strongly suspect a vegan pie is not solely defined by the ingredients used in its pastryFwiw I had the vegan pie and it was hot and delicious. I think people are put off by the ‘Vegan’ tag but I’ll be damned if I can tell the difference between the vegan pastry and regular
You have to tell them you're paying with Amex then they apply the discount manually on the till. Any Amex works.
