Meanwhile back on topic - Farage needs a history lesson in civil liberties:

Free speech is NOT under threat.

It does come however with duties and responsibilities. It has never, in any theoretical or actual enactment of civil or democratic rights, included the right to incite riots, to incite insurrection, to pose national security risks, to peddle hatred of groups based on religion, colour, ethnicity, race, sex, gender or anything else that characterises their identity.

His ilk are crazy. They are all for free speech if it is their view of the world but they want people banged up for having a different view. Remember a while ago priti p as home sec then Suella brought on laws about protest? They supported those laws but as others said at the time “unlikely their team will be in charge forever” now suddenly people should be allowed to say what they want.

They don’t even hide it anymore. Two amazing recent examples from the clown show.

Yes, Pritti Patel had women arrested at the Sarah Everard vigil, which was later deemed to be an unlawful act by the Home Secretary, ending in the Chief Constable, Cressida Dick’s resignation.

Farage, like Trump, wants attention, and doesn’t care how he gets it. It pays well.

It’s like a parody isn’t it ? 😂

The answers to that are really funny. Some thought, as I did, it reads like a schoolboy essay on 'wot I did int holidays, Miss',
and others laughing at the snowflake who failed to vote because some other MPs were sniggling at him.

I liked the one highlighting Jim Davison tax avoidance + his comments about Gary Glitter being released from prison 🙄😂

Yes, it's pure hypocrisy from the raving Right.

They've spent the last few years denouncing 'cancel culture' and alleged curbs on free speech, while demanding crackdowns on environmental, and Black Lives Matter, protestors, and calling on the BBC to sack Gary Lineker and Chris Packham because of their openly-expressed political views.

Never, ever, underestimate the blatant hypocrisy of the Right; it's called 'projecting' - they accuse their political opponents of doing exactly what they themselves are doing, in order to divert public attention and keep people distracted.

Looking at that, I felt like a primary school teacher reading the kid's 'What did you do at the weekend ?' pieces.

He wanted to see a friend in America that had suffered a serious 'nick' to an ear. Fair enough. On an income of over £1M so why did someone pay for him to go? Strange.
