I even have the WhatsApp that shows me telling my friend I am leaving my house. The time is 11.48. They then send me a message saying they are there, to which I reply to at 12.11 saying 'I'm here'.

So I don't know what's going on.

If the clock is incorrect then it means anyone staying for 61 minutes or more will be getting tickets, as it will show as 121 minutes. My guess is most Asda shoppers are there for 61 minutes or more so that's a lot of tickets.
Check with the manager how many people get tickets with the wrong times.
Presuming you've informed the parking company, then this is fraud if they continue the scam. Perhaps we should all go down there and park for 110 minutes and see if we get tickets.
