Had a tiny blister on my leg once. Scratched it and it became a 2 inch crater about 3mm deep, oozing pus. It was pretty grim until, without thinking, I had a bath and the giant scab peeled off. Filled the crevice with Savlon and that sorted it, apart from a scar.

Funnily enough (I was young then, so disgusting in reality) I showed it to a woman at work. Put my foot on her desk, pressed a corner and a dribble of pus ran down my leg. Her reaction was pretty much that. She ran to the loo.

I had an abscess behind my eye, the surgeon who drained it said it was "very giving".
If we’re widening the thread topic away from merely stuff to do with ‘spots’ to stuff that ‘has enormous quantities of pus (as well as pain)’, has ‘permanent consequences of both a physical and psychological nature’, will ‘make you wince &/or puke’, and has a healthy dose of ‘medical negligence’ included, then I believe I would have a fair chance of winning the universe.
I doubt I’ll be saying more for two reasons:
1. I have no desire to permanently scar anyone with mental images they’ll never get over
2. I’m really not sure I’m ready to share yet - partly due to my state of mind about it; partly because the litigation hasn’t quite finished yet.

Mrs Orange thought I had a stye. When I rolled up to the Doctor's a couple of days later, with my eye protruding at an odd angle (think Marty Feldman), the junior needed to call the senior GP in, who promptly laughed and said "well, you're going to A&E!"
Just as well I did, as I still have use of the eye, and I'm not dead. Your perspective on life changes a bit after a close call like that.
Having my piles burst at the Princess Royal hospital in Haywards Heath without anaesthetic was the worst experience of pain imaginable. There were two, one right on the lining of my anus which was hard to puncture and then the other further in. So glad my àrse was clean as the girl who did them was really nice. Will never forget the smell for the next 48 hours as there was a big build-up of pus and I had to wear a sort of nappy and try and avoid emptying my bowels for a couple of days. Even having a shit now can be painful at times. I could never take it up there - seriously.

I went to have some lipoma tumours cut out of my chest. They wheeled me in and asked if I wanted any music on as it was being done under local. I asked for the Test match instead and the duly obliged.
As Broad came into bowl so the scalpel was stuck in my chest. Except that it was the part they hadn't put the anesthetic in.
That was an extremely ouchy moment.
Another ouchy moment was having a massive boil on me back cut open and squeezed out at the RSCH. It was so painful and invasive that I felt really down for sometime afterwards.

I've had them 4 times now....and always dread the next "attack" as its the worst pain ever.
Last one was mid 2021 during the pandemic...probably the worst one of all - and also had a nightmare with delays getting me to PRH from RSCH.
Thought I was going in to PRH to have them removed as an emergency surgery but, to add insult to injury, they just put in a stent, and left it in me for 3 months instead of the 6 weeks they promised which was painful in itself, and embarrassing at times (when you need to go, YOU NEED TO GO, if you get what I mean). Never again, and I've never been the same "down there" since.
As for "hurtiest spot" - weirdly, I've had one come up on my eyebrow just this week thats been a real bitch in the "ouchie" dept
