SHOREHAM BY SEA
Racism …. there’s no evidence. Made up by family of vicious thugs who carried out sustained violence on the police. Then a devious agent provocateur releases footage of a tiny part of the incident.
Totally agree ….and some silly mischevious posts on here ….i had read elsewhere that family (I can’t remember what part) were trying to downplay the politicising of the event ….activists though were keen to turn it into a racist incident for their benefit….thankfully this seems to have dyed down?

It’s got nothing to do with racism and everything to do with law and order and the maintenance thereof.
@El Presidente may be well known in the football finance world, but should be intelligent enough to understand not to jump on piece of CCTV, and make snap, discromiatory statements.
Stay in your lane and focus on football finance.
Not surprising you work in Liverpool.

Watch on youtube.

Shows the violent police, maybe not. Attacking the police is an offense which deserves a jail sentence of many years. As for the scumbag lawyer, less said the better.

Some people like to see colour in everything, eventhough it often leads to more unnecessary division

Christ - is this still going? An awful lot of people the police arrest are vile scumbags. A lot of them will fight arrest. Should they all be kicked in the head when they are finally subdued? Never ceases to amaze me that the more digital the world becomes, the more digital every news story has to be. Despite nearly every actuality being in the middle of the viewpoints, it is the usual suspects arguing that it is one extreme or the other.

I can't imagine the same people arguing in favour of the copper would be of them same opinion if he had done exactly the same dragging away one of Yaxley-Lennon's thugs yesterday.

Why bring colour into it?

There’s a difference between fighting arrest and being the antagonist. The man wasn’t fighting arrest he was attacking the police, a complete difference. He deserved everything he got and I thought it was excellent policing. In fact, refreshing to see the police acting with a bit of authority for a change.

And just to add, there was 2 arrests made in london yesterday, both are on video online, I both relating to a drunk incident in a pub/bar in london. Nothing unusual or related to ‘thugs’. Just adding the facts to your post.

No-one is questioning any force used in subduing him or the fact he was the aggressor. You are advocating assault of someone in handcuffs no longer able to attack the police. Regardless of whether the person deserves it, it is unjustified. The same as taking him back to the cells and giving him a good kicking when no-one is looking.

Facts?

Police said two men were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after an assault on a counter-protester, while another man was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and a racially aggravated public order offence after a police officer was kicked.

Another four people were arrested outside a pub in Whitehall on suspicion of assault on emergency workers after four police officers were assaulted.

One man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and a racially aggravated public order offence after allegedly snapping the pole of a Palestinian flag and making a racially abusive remark.

The worry is that some of them might keep a thread going for ages just by arguing with themselves!!!
Luckily I have them both on ignore.
