The traditional far left in the UK spent most of their time arguing the semantics of orthodoxy. They were constitutionally distant from the standard extreme right wing activities (from gaslighting through harassing Muslim women, to setting nail bombs). Thehard left's most vigorous activity was secondary picketing. A very long time sine we have seen any of that - since it was made illegal.

Gorgeous George has always been an iconoclast, cherry picking issues without any balance or coherence. My impression is that he is mainly some sort of Islamist these days.
I think the only thing you can really nail down George Galloway as being in support of for a long time is the media visibility of George Galloway.

Because we all know the cost would be astronomical in just wasted wages alone, the reinvestment is massive.

The rail network is open to a complete nationwide strikes, shutting down business and growth.

We all know these crippling strikes will happen. This has always a bottomless pit, just as the NHS is, however any money from labour should be focused on the NHS not the railways in this country. Do one job properly first. Let the private companies deal with the railways.
"Wasted Wages"? You do know that's complete bollocks don't you? One of the main issues with the privatised railways is duplication of jobs in the back office and in management. Every company has it's own hierarchy and structure. Thousands of jobs doing what could be done by one single body. Hundreds of jobs purely to bicker between companies as to whom is at fault for a delay - jobs existing just to pass the buck to another company, and to try and make money for their own company. All this could be wiped away - and the wages on these duplicated jobs put into people who actually run the railway - instead of playing games with customers and other companies.

As to nationwide strikes - did you happen to miss all the rail strikes over the last year or so. You know - the ones under a privatised system.....

I am not sure your perception is all that.

And no I am not discriminating against your dyslexia*.

Enjoy your magnum.

Magnum was good baby,

If I was in a wheelchair you wouldn't ask if I could walk, why do you feel the need too question this?

# did you want proof?

Fantastic!

I reckon that that’s exactly what those 2 bus drivers said on fleeing their vehicles; ‘flip me Dave that is EXACTLY what Nigel Farge current MP of Clacton in Essex, currently setting out his stall of how he will represent his constituents in Clacton, Essex by wittering nonsense about an issue in Leeds, West Yorkshire whilst attending the Republican Party of USA’s conference in Milwaukee, USA said would happen!’

Angela Raynor jets off to Italy for a few days but no one bats an eye lid after everyone slagging off Nigel for going across the pond.
The wedding she is going to was booked ages ago, and everyone is entitled to a few days off - nor is she a new MP with new constituents to meet and hear their issues. Farage seems to have gone to the USA to 'show support' for Trump and attend a foreign political party's convention, uninvited and on a whim - and seemingly being paid by GB News (I presume he's not reporting for them for free anyway). It will be interesting to see if he claims it as a business trip on expenses....

I'm still looking forward to seeing the pictures of Farage meeting with Trump at the convention.

Is she planning on doing any political campaigning while she’s there? Only if not then they’re not really comparable, are they?

So Nigel isn't entitled to a few days off then ?
And "seemingly" is another phrase for "you are assuming"
Angela probably has another house out there she forgot to tell HMRC about.

No he isn’t as he’s done f*** all since he was elected apart from one of the worse maiden speeches ever …. he has form as he did f*** all when he was an MEP. The mans a sponging little prick. I’m surprised that someone as up standing as you, would have anything to do with someone who is made a career of sponging of the state.

You've made a decent effort at bringing Angela Rayner into this thread, but I'm afraid the thread title is 'Nigel Farage and Reform'.

Can we keep to the subject of the thread please?

Raynor is going away for the weekend. Parliament doesn't sit at weekends.

Farage bunked off when he should have been in Parliament (his job).

Huge difference.

When I lived in Crawley in 1982 it was well known that 'types' were being brought down from London for 'adventure weekends' and paramilitary training at a 'country estate'.

Unfortunately the very strange men in charge had too much of a fondness for the more 'attractive' of the young male recruits, so it never gained traction. Someone I worked with had a teenage son who got involved. Little racist skin head.
I've read some bollocks on here but that takes the biscuit. Care to provide any proof of the above?

AH right got ha, a scared of stuff generalisation

I see em more as angry rather than scared. The far right are the ones that are scared of everything in my eyes. Although I do concede they are fairly interchangeable in this regard.

Anyway, surely not an accusation for anyone on here? We thankfully avoid such extremes.
My apologies I missed your post in the avalanche, I don't feel you're far left I do spot a few on here that must be pretty close to it. Although when I say they are frightened to the point that they may have an outburst and scream a bit, when they do scream it is full on Anger like you said.

If only Nigel could Reform some of the centralist, we could start to get Britain how it used to be and be proud of our nation again.

I wasted my vote on Tory as I underestimated the power of Nigel and reform. If all goes as I think I will not be wasting it again, I know so many that gave their vote to Tory, if a lot more done that in there constituency Reform would have won more seats rather than come 2nd in nearly 100 seats labour and lib dems got lucky this time. Starmer, needs to nail this or they will not get the forecasted 10 year stint.
