I don’t think his Putin gaffe is going to go away - it will stick in the craw of Democrats who are already overly sensitised to his cognitive decline. 85% of Americans say he’s too old to do another term and every sign of weakness will feed that narrative.
As @Bry Nylon said above - When the Candidate has become the story then it’s over.
The only thing that is concerning is there will be a lot of angry voters if Kamala Harris is passed over. So how would a black female candidate do against a white male - not sure the swing voters of middle America are ready for that.
The longer this drags on the more damage it is doing to the Democratic Party.

Glad that's happened in a way because surely, surely that gaff is so horrendous it ends now for him? You have to hope that the Democrats can pull a proverbial rabbit out of the hat now.

Yep it's going to have to be one hell of a rabbit for the Democrats to win this election.
Will get messy no matter what happens.
I am still confused as to what happens if Biden was to drop out, but I don't think anyone really knows from what I have seen.
