Plenty of chances, didn’t take them, then kicked in the balls. Bit like the dark days under Potter.
If we weren’t pushing for europe, with the best squad and manager we’ve ever had then I‘d be worried.

How were we done by the ref ? And how is it that every time we don't win it's the referees fault ?

I saw us done by a sucker punch from the opposition.

As for players going down, I saw that happen three times at least with ours.

Maybe there should have been a couple of minutes extra. But if I analyse the match faults for the Albion the ref is not mitigation.
We were not done by the ref, Fulham did a number on us. Plenty around me called it at half time. Be a winner for Fulham with their only shot on target. However, the referee was weak, Fulham played him. Which was frustrating.

if it's the one I'm thinking of looked like a blatant shove in the throat at the side of the penalty box.
Totally bemusing decision

Where the f*** did I say I was above other fans? Probably true though judging by a lot of the whingy shit posted on here after the match.
I don't really want to get involved in all this, but what I would like to say, is I agree with all you say, I feel some of our fans were venting like Millwall fans, I thought he was as fair a ref as you can get, of course he could have kicked Fulham up the arse to keep play moving, but that is about it.
We have too many sore losers today if we had finished our chances today this ref would have gone unnoticed.

It’s the incompetence that grates Albionbro. Add on the right amount of time for stoppages. That’s basic. That being said we were never scoring today. That’s why we lost. Not the ref.

Don’t really understand what he’s complaining about so much? We were done fair and square.

Suppose some will say it’s passion but a littl bit embarassing?
The ref paved the way for Fulham’s play acting and time wasting to win the day. I should think he was complaining about that.
Yes, we should have sown up the game in the first half, but that’s not the point.

f***

f*** off. Were you even there? Officiating is absolute toilet. Passion from a manager, love it. Gimps like you who expect us to be ‘respectful’ when we were done by a ref wind me up.
It wasn't quite as cut and dried as you describe it. True the refereeing wasn't very good, he certainly did very little about the constant time wasting, but if a player goes down with a supposed head injury, in the modern climate the ref is pretty much honour bound to stop the game, ( sods law dictates that on the one occasion he waves play on and doesn't get the player assistance, will prove to be the one occasion that the injury proves serious. )

May l also point out that we created more than enough chances to win the game, yet managed to spurn them all.

He's also honour bound to add the time on but he wasn't fussed about that part of his job.

Agreed. Our final ball into the box and weak finishing cost us today, and going Gung Ho when we might have protected a point didn’t help. Continuing to play high risk football when Webster and Estupinan had been replaced by attacking players was an accident waiting to happen.
De Zerbi didn’t do us any favours, getting too wrapped up in what’s happening in and around him.
I’d rather go for it personally. Esp’ at home.
