He's only young and he's got a good few years in him yet. There will be more good times and I believe he'll play for us again (but probably not yet). Ok, he's having a rough spell but he will have made a shedload of cash from the last 12 months so that might help!

too true .. he has bought a huge penthouse in Canary Wharf ..good luck to him

WHU have to offer him at least the same terms for a new contract that he is on at the moment. Theo ne he's on was Premiership finance induced in that the Defoe millions helped pay the wage of a premiership player going into Div 1 (and if Big Trev is on 17k a week atl eicester, I'd be suprised if Spurs, a bigger club, paid lower than LC for a non regular fist-team player). I suspect now that Pardew has just spent all the cash he had on keeping the present contracts paid up and so the new ones that come up for re-negotiation will be pitched at a significantly lower level

there was a group of West Ham at my hotel last Saturday down in Newport and they like him and are fully aware that Spurs has damaged his confidence, West Ham IMHO will keep him and next season just watch him go!!

thats funny cos i know a couple who go to WHam every week and they're not too impressed at all.

It's all looking rosy for my prediction 2 years ago that Bobby will lead out a rejuvinated promo pushing team in the new F*lmer.

Would just love to see him back... him and Leon, with a better service from the midfield, would score bags of goals... however, chances are slim to none, methinks... if we pulled this off, it would be a major coup... a minor miracle in fact...

Come home, Bobby... you know we love you down here... and Pardew is one of the biggest to$$ers in footie... as arrogant as Andy King, and that's really saying something!...

I think that is very likely that he will end up at most likely Leicester as Micky Adams would love to have him again and also the fans wanted him when we lost to them in leicester they put a sign up saying come to us bobby, i also think that Reading and also Hull are big possiblitys for him to goto, but if he goes to Hull that is a lot lower than coming back to us. Hull arent that big of a side and will never be a top half div 1 side, i believe, even though money have, they just arent a big club, we are potentially bigger no doubt and bobby would go well with knight as when bobby cared he held ball up well and knights pace would course so much danger to defences, and properly keep us in div 1. Yet also at same time i wasnt impressed with Bobby a lot of time in div 1 thought was average and lazy, yet i believe it would be the right move for him to come back here, on a free please, but i presume he must still have 2 years left on west ham contract.
ps also not sure if want brooker back as is good but not consistent and is lazy and mcgee wants players who work as well and brooker is not his type i think, so wont be seeing him back at withdean in my opinion, yet id be quite happy if did, i saw the other day michael standing signed for walsall, so that puts the move to home town side brighton out then heeh

Hull will win Div 2 next season. They are a top half div 1 club in the making with crowds of 20000 + and a population of 500 000 +, 7th biggest city in the UK.
