Tottenham striker Bobby Zamora has pulled out of the England U21 squad through injury.
The former Brighton man, who has six under-21 caps, sat out Sunday's training session after tweaking an abductor muscle in his thigh in his 33-minute run-out as a substitute in Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Birmingham.
Another 18 members of the under-21 squad trained at Upton Park, completing a series of stretches, ball exercises and a mini-game.
