When I used to go and watch Rushden play, they had a player called Adrian Littlejohn. For some reason Barry Hunter would persist with him, playing him on the right hand side of midfield despite being left footed. Anyway, there was one particular game where he was so awful, he got subbed off after the first ten minutes.

I remember in those wonderful Gillingham days screaming at our then left back, Paul Sturgess, "kick the bloody ball with your left foot you muppet" only to be informed, by a fellow supporter, that I clearly knew nothing about football, since Mr Sturgess was not capable of this high level skill.
