I've never seen the reason for putting those things in a sandwich, they just spoil the taste for me. Why do all the pre-packed sandwiches have to contain loads of butter & mayo?

Subnstitute Hot English Mustard for the Piccalilli.

Piccalilli is best with extra strong mature cheddar cheese IMO.
