little anecdote

when my mum was just married and I was about 3 or 4, she went to see the beatles in manchester. Anyway, she got tickets near the front and when they started singing "If I fell" ......which goes...If I fell in Love with you, would you promise to be true and help me understand...etc etc ....anyway, John Lennon looked straight at her when singing and at he end of the song, smiled at her and winked.

She goes all gooey when talking about that.
