I agree but I am a bit further down the line , I get a 'semi' on when they show Nefertiti's body on Egyptian programmes .

When you contact a company to tell them there is a problem with one of their products you have purchased, and not knowing the techspeak for the issue and describe it as best you can, and the person on the phone sighs, tells you the correct terms and says it's not a problem because you 'sound elderly...'

AND, a similar incident with a similar context that happened a month earlier, which for the life of me I can't remember how it came about and the outcome
