Perry Milkins
Just a quiet guy.
Fielding team have runs to play with.
The batting team have one batsmen well set and a tail ender in.
This is the last ball of an over bowled, the guy due on at the other end is a bowler who is taking full advantage of the conditions be it spin or seam. The well set batsman is on strike.
The ball is sent down and the batsman plays it with a single to be had and he takes the single. No chance of a run out. The fielder ‘seemingly’ deliberately kicks the ball to touch the boundary rope thereby gifting the well set batsman four runs and leaving him at the non-strikers end for the next over.
Can the Umpires do anything?
