I like the way they have 'agreed' to flush £1M of our money away. I resent my taxes being squandered in this fashion - if they're settling out of court it should come out of their pockets, not the taxpayers!

And would you be happy for it to come out of the public purse if they ignored their legal advice, fought the case, lost the case, had a higher award granted and had to pay far more legal costs?
