Yellow cards yesterday

Something I noticed yesterday that I have never seen before, was that when this week's comedy ref showed yellow cards, he left it at that and never actually got his pencil and notebook out.

Flash the yellow card - walk away and get on with the game.
He even did it when he "booked" Dickinson and their bloke after that pathetic spat. Yellow. Yellow. Carry on.

Did anyone else see this?
How does he know who to report to the FA?
Was the 4th official taking notes in between fending off that **** Ince?
Or does the ref watch the video today and fill his notebook in this afternoon?

if the ref and his arseisstants do watch the replay,i hope i confirms for them that they should be looking for a new form of employment
