With this move and the Pedro transfer Watford have made some serious cash over the last couple of seasons. Shame they probably owe it all to the 73 managers they’ve sacked over the last 3 seasons.

No evidence of this. Watford Observer say they want to keep him.
So he may be, he may not be.

Końe and Baleba could play together I reckon despite similarities in style and role. Especially in a FH 3-4-3. Seems a position we are screaming out for more players who are good enough.
Asprilla seems a bit similar to a bunch of our young talents and in a role that's heavily contested in the squad already. Unless we're giving up on 2 or 3 young, full Internationals for counties with better teams than England, I think it would be an odd signing. Even if a good young player.
