Why the f*ck were they allowed in this country in the first place, and why are they not being deported?

Putting their nationalities aside, like other prisoners they will get clean lodgings, three squares a day, pocket money, access to recreational and educational facilities.
The frail and elderly will get to pay up to a grand a week for an institution smelling of p#ss with a possibility of toilet paper rationing.

alternatively operate a visa waiver system with the countries you want to and in conjunction run an effective and working border control where everyone is checked in and out and the worst case criminals are flagged and assessed as to whether or not they are a risk to the public
