1. Ulloa is easily your first choice striker. Fact. Your recent up turn in fortunes has come with him starting each week with the headless chicken being demoted to the bench. Are you forgetting we also have Kevin Phillips, the player that scored 17 goals last year and already has 2 for us just from brief cameos? You then list players that have scored 5 or 6 goals for you as if to show only BHA have goals through there team. Well I can do the same: Zaha, Dikgacoi and Moritz each have 5. I think you've lost this argument Maj, know your football, know your league...
2: So because we didn't beat Watford you think Zaha as an individual was shit? Good grief. If that game had lasted another 5 minutes we would have won, they were on the ropes big time. I also notice how you conveniently failed to acknowledge his performance in the Boro game, surely a Palace obsessive like you would have seen the FLS where he tore the Boro right back a new arsehole in a 4-1 win. You keep critising his stats you geek, it shows you know nothing about football and I'll trust Fergie over you any day of the week thanks.
3. If we go up and come back down so be it. But with the huge money on offer in the Prem next year our club will be vastly strengthened and would blow you out of the water in terms of finances. And there's no guarantee we would come back down. Holloway has experience in that division, he was only half an hour away from keeping Blackpool in the Prem 2 years ago despite having a wage budget that went no higher than £10k per week for any player.
1. Dickaguy has 4 - know your own team before you spout about ours
My point was that you have relied on one player to secure an additional 19 points this season and if he fails then so do Palace. We do NOT rely on one player therefore have a more balanced chance of success.
2. I didn't say Z*** was shit - I said he was average as backed up by facts/stats. Being "unplayable" doesn't mean scrapping a 2-2 draw.
The fact that Palace supporters are creaming themselves at the sale of their best player shows them up to be plastic Man U fans. "Real" supporters would lament the sale of their best player especially to a club whose idol once jumped into your crowd to attack one of your fans. How pathetic do you lot look licking their backsides and wishing him well.
3. Very fitting that you have a manager who couldn't survive in the Prem. The Wurzel Gimps experience of the Prem is automatic relegation - something you have done on 4 consecutive occasions. One would hope that should you enjoy the Prem millions you would payback those you screwed in your administration years - but no chance of that from a Club with no morale compass.
