This weekend, London Irish are playing in Toulouse and we are looking at prices. The club do a "deal" including match ticket, but I have just spoken to Toulouse TO and they are selling on the day. Flight to Marsailles and car to the ground. ( hotel Satdi night possibly)

We will spend about £300 ish

Woudl you spend that on a trip to see Brighton play?

Go! Our best Leeds days were the days spent drinking in Barcelona, Milan, Anderlecht, Monaco, Heerenveen and the rest.

And of course. You spend all that money to go to Moscow, stay a hotel on the top floor with no lift or heating in the middle of winter and then the game gets called off anyway. But it's all good fun!

I'm sure that Toulouse has an airport itself as well.

Marseille is MILES away! Carcassonne wouldn't be too bad though.

Just checked - you can fly Gatwick to Toulouse with either EasyJet or BA.

Should be a walk-over for you if our result at the weekend is anything to go by, should be worth it

And yes, I have and I would again.

Did one of the Irish pre-season tours a few years back if that counts. Great laugh and would love to do it again.

The problem of flying directly to Toulouse used to be that it cost an arm and a leg, as it was largely aimed at business travellers.

I didn't know EasyJet were going there though. Hopefully that will change things.

missed the two Le Havre games but if we ever got to the UEFA Cup i would go to the away matches for sure , and if it was the Champions League i would try and do a couple of foreign games (all the home ones as usual to both)
