All I can see is a £100 skip and half an hours work that's probably taken a few grand off a property.

If the property ticked all the other boxes I'd be well happy to see that mess.

Probably a repo property, where there's no budget marked for that kind of clearance despite the obvious benefits in sale price.

Indeed, my first flat (south facing, top floor balcony) was £10k less because the other viewers liked not being able to tread on the carpet because of strewn clothes.

I'm often surprised at the lack of effort made by estate agents on Rightmove and suchlike. Photos with poor light/angle; wrong number of rooms listed in the description... But they are estate agents I suppose.
