Perhaps he should try a game at the Amex to sample the atmosphere. Mind you he would probably leave at half time as he couldn't handle it.
I believe he was at the Palace game in the WSU.

Whether people think people are being thin skinned or not it was idiotic from someone in his position.
Was in ESU, saw him at half time with his daughterI believe he was at the Palace game in the WSU.
From my very reliable source I can confirm that this is a fake account. Mike doesn't have a twitter account.
Definately fake.He was at Battle CC on Saturday as part of the NatWest cricket aid to clubs, others were at Hailsham CC and Barcombe CC, and Sussex CCC tweeted to him on the same account name.
Glad to hear it.Definately fake.
Definately fake.
It is a dig at his SCCC mates (Nash? Wright?) who are now "Albion fans" with 1901 STs ...sorry to disappoint Mr Yardy's apologists but it is a genuine account - imbecilic in respect to this post but genuinely so
This.

Completely harmless banter. The only touchiness results from the grain of truth in the JCL/plastic accusations... we now UNDOUBTEDLY have something like 5-10K "fans" who would disappear as quickly as they arrived should we fall on harder times...
perhaps rather than delete the tweet and brief others to try to cover his tracks he could try apologising for his insulting "misjudgement" bearing in mind that even IF your maths is right it still leaves Albion considerably better supported than Mr Yardy's employers.
I know that I am as thick as two short planks with regard to computers and terms used with them but can somebody please tell me what on earth THIS means? Thank you
If that is his opinion why not let him express his views.
It's not going to make me support the Albion or Sussex any less regardless of a tweet from a player, his views are his own, they don't represent the club (SCCC).
