Worthing - Splash Point Mini Golf

Afternoon NSC,

Not quite on the scale of the magnificent Falmer project but still quite exciting - myself and a mate are having a Mini Golf Course built in Worthing which shoud be finished by early May.

Although Falmer's machinery dwarfs our mediocre build, you can follow the progress through our flickr gallery. The concrete was poured on Monday and now they're putting a screed down on the surface prior to the carpet being laid.

Good luck - wanted to take the boy to something like this last year and found there wasn nothing in Worthing. Update us when the grand opening is.

No Windmill I'm afraid - planning wouldn't allow it. There'll be other more discreet obstacles to keep things interesting though.

We haven't named too many of the holes as we reckon most will only name themselves once they've been played a few times.

is this the same place as the old putting course? - memories of playing that drunk with my brother at midnight - we brought our own putters - used his cigerette lighter to see the holes.
