Watching the reruns of Top of the Pops 1981 has revealed that there was a lot of rubbish which charted and that I had thankfully forgotten about.

Why you can possibly overlook shaddap you face as novelty (being kind) hit, last week and this have included:

Capstick comes home = Tony Capstick and the Carlton Main Frickley Colliery Band, and

My Mum is one in a million - Children of Tansley School

Are there any others as bad as these that you recall
