I think Stella Artois is brewed in the UK under licence. It's probably also brewed in the UK under a rotting carcass.

On Sunday's a load of food comes over from the restaurant, between games. (Have taken wifey out for lunch).

Scotch. Depsite most Geordies being treble hard, never wearing coats and tucking their 10 regal in to their Fred Perry t-shirt sleaves Scotch is really a Northern beer - they're not ordering pints of whisky.........

Another vote for Budweiser here, the American version that is. Amazing that they actually manage to achieve the flavour of something that's been stored in plastic for about 20 years, before being pumped full of carbon dioxide to make it as gassy as possible, and then advertise it. Bizarre.... if I'd come up with something that tastes like that, I'd keep it as quiet as possible.
