From the club web site
"I felt that the club wasn't moving froward in the right way on the training ground"!!!!!!

Also the fact that the money has been around, but Mcghee has had good opportunities but not been able to bring players in!!!

Well done Dick you made the right decision

Not worrying..... but justification for the decision.

At work - probably
I think what is more worrying is this exclusive picture of Dick Knight watching Mark McGhee remove his stuff from his portakabin office before embarking on a night out to try and win over more fans from certain parts of Brighton

DK's concerned that MM was making the team practice own goals?

I dreamt last night that we drew 1-1 at Millwall, both og's.
Not sure who put through our net, but our equalizer came from a corner to the near post that was turned in by a Millwall defender.

... should I bet on 1-1, both own goals??? ???

Did you, at any point, dream about DICK?

(I'm sorry, I'm going to stop now. Probably.)

I interpret that as DK finally realised that MM had lost the players. It goes without saying that the last straw was MM's inability to attract any players.
