Ok, they may not be cultureless or small, but they do have lots of oil money and a pretty rubbish (currently banned from all FIFA competitions ) football team.
To be held exclusively in the Delta region. None of the profits whatsoever to find their way into the hands of the locals. All stadia to be dismantled afterwards and normal service (see pic) resumed.
