Doesn’t matter if the bit touching the grass is 4 inches over the line as long as when viewed from above some part of the ball is touching it.The initial close-up made it look comfortably out. Perhaps an illusion - the part of the ball touching the grass being a cm or two past the line, with the upper part of the ball overhanging.
