Does anybody remember when we used to play a game on Christmas day usually 11.00am kick off. We had a Methodist lay Preacher play for us Mike Tiddy who refused to play on Christmas Day or Good Friday.

No, but there's rumours about being needed on boxing day which I'm not happy about. Would just be on call, but something always breaks when I'm on call, at the last minute it'd be viable to drive there (1pm if its in Cork, 4pm Dublin, etc).
