It might have changed since I worked in hospitality but I took my ( limited ) CV into loads of hotels in Brighton and Hove and told them I would like on the job training.

Alternatively, a friends daughter went and did a catering course at City College recently and has just got herself a job at the Breakfast Club in The Lanes.

Update, he starts work Monday in Lancing with a Telecom wholesaler.

Went to an agency Friday who sent him to an interview straight away and he got the job, good lad
