We had a discussion down the pub the other week about insults that don't get used enough any more. We came to the conclusion that the following should make a come back:

Gaylord
Spastic
Bedwetter

My 7 year old's favourite insult is to call someone a GAYLORD

I make a point of trying to use this in conversation as often as possible although I have to say that it doesn't translate too well into Spanish:-

" Él merece caballo-ser azotado en los pasos de su club a una pulgada de su life" according to Babelfish
