Working in the village atm and was told the horse had it's throat cut,ears cut off aswell as it's genitals. Words really do fail me.

"Police have not yet said how the horse was killed. The RSPCA has been informed of the death."

If the police are aware and are dealing with it, and the public are/have been informed, what’s it got to do with the RSPCA??

My information came from a friend of The Horses owner. We were asked to look out for anything suspicious this morning .We are only 300 yards from where it happened.
