And the first batting point hoves into view, hope Yardy & Muzza just grind it out for the rest of the day, the two best players Sussex have for this type of situation (steady accumulation) are in. There is no reason why Sussex cannot bat until tomorrow afternoon, put this game completely beyond Worcester and then go for it on Day 4.

only joking - I was rather hoping the Muzziah might choose this match to hit form as well...

still looking good though - could we yet avoid relegation while Lancashire are sweeping all before them in a procession to their rightful title...?
