On Thursday August 5 history is to be made when the world's first Womens International Twenty20 match takes place under the Hove floodlights.

England, led by Sussex's own Clare Connor, take on New Zealand.

The match starts at 5.40pm and gates open at 4pm.

Prices are £5 for Adults and Under 16s/Members FREE.

Sky will be televising both this match and also the 50-over One Day International between the two sides on August 6, also taking place at the County Ground, Hove.

I wonder if our Lady friends will be there James? :lolol:

Not to confirm stereotypes but from my time in NZ there were a fair amount of butch lesbians in the NZ cricket team, one of whom used ot play for my club.

And yes, they are way better than England. Australia (as always) are a league apart, closely followed by NZ and then everyone else a long way behind!
