It should be:

Hendo

El-Abd
Elphick
McShane
Hinsh
Lynch

Fraser
Nicolas
Mayo

CKR
GNW

Subs
Martin, Hart, Reid, Loft, Gatting

Give the young guys a chance, with 3 at the back and in midfield the youngsters will get a lot of protection.

That was my guss also. I do like the look of that, will be interested to see how Nicolas and Mayo do in the centre. Perhaps we could've played Carole as well as those two will cover a lot of ground doing defensive work.

I just worry they will both be a bit rusty in there together, especially Nicolas. I think he needs time to settle in after so long out of the reckoning and hope that people don't jump on him if he doesn't have a great game. Mind you he might be playing without fear so will just go for it.

Whats monkey rush keeper, or are you saying Kuipers is a monkey ??? :D

monkey rush is, or at least was, the name given to the variety of park/playground football whereby whoever was nearest the goal became the goalkeeper and was thus allowed to use his hands. A very democratic way of resolving the perrenially thorny issue of who should be keeper. (In the albion's case it means McGhee has cleverly circumnavigated the vexing question of how to keep all of his FIVE keepers happy.)

This is not to be mistaken for 'rush' keeper that merely meant the designated goalkeeper was allowed to come out on to the pitch and join in with attacks.

We are on the same pitch, but it sounds a little bit on the "damp squib" side at the moment. (Got SCR on)
