Wolves under-21s play their final game of the regular Premier League 2 season at home to Brighton & Hove Albion this evening.

This is the final regular season match for Albion U-21s. They are guaranteed to finish in the top 16 (which sees them reach the play-offs) but there is still plenty to play for. They need to finish in the top 12 to be included in the Premier League International Cup next season; currently they are 13th (with Palace in the 12th spot). So, a defeat will see them out of the PLIC next season.

Unfortunately, they cannot now finish in the top 8: as the play-offs are seeded, that means they will face an away fixture when the play-offs start.

Hopefully their motivation is higher than their first-team counterparts.
