Wolves Travel?

I know this is a long shot but can anyone offer any advice on my best solution to my train situation. I am going to be at Silverstone in Northants for a couple of days in September and need to get down to the Withdean and back on the Tuesday evening of the Wolves game. Does anyone make a similar journey or know of the quickest/easiest rail route?
The car is not an option as I will not be in any fit state to drive it!If anyone ever needed a Jag......or two! :rescott: :rescott:
