After another shakey start, we’ve dominated the rest of the half which isn’t bad considering how strong they’ve gone compared to our injury hit team.
and yet I could have played in goal for Wolves.

But instead of playing players out of position, could he not change the tactics?

He has to change the tactics every match because he has a different fit 11 players available every match.

I’m certain in his mind he has an optimal set of tactics against every opponent, and an optimal selection of personnel to carry those tactics out.

It must be bloody galling to get to each match day and have to put out a line-up that looks nothing like his preferred tactics or personnel.

JPVH needs to change his boots at half time, needs longer studs in. And then cut out the stupid diving in he’s been doing recently. I love the fella and he’s generally been great this season but he can be a bit rash in those situations.

Which is extremely unfair, as I've had to listen to Danny Murphy, Jermaine Jenas and Steve McManaman for years and I don't see anybody shouting about how male co-commentators should all go back to the golf course.

Exactly. I remember the days of that miserable bastard Mark Lawrenson.
